Our CNC Dual-Purpose Horizontal Stone Slab Splitting Machine is professional secondary-processing equipment specially built for finished large stone slabs. It adopts dual-cutting solution integrating band-saw and diamond wire-saw. Users can switch cutting consumables flexibly according to stone hardness and actual production requirements. One thick finished slab can be horizontally split into two even thin veneer slabs in one pass, greatly improving raw-material utilization and bringing extra profit for stone factories.

Controlled by CNC PLC touch-screen system, conveying speed is stepless adjustable from 0-177 mm/min. Operators can set target slicing thickness directly on screen. Automatic stable feeding guarantees consistent slab thickness and flat cutting surface, effectively lowering reject rate.

The machine is constructed with heavy-duty welded steel frame with total weight of 2.5 tons, resisting vibration during long-time continuous mass-production. Reasonable power configuration brings low energy and water consumption. Compact overall dimension saves valuable workshop floor area. Wear-parts replacement is simple and time-saving to reduce production downtime.
