Product Overview

This Gantry AC 5-Axis Waterjet Cutting Machine is widely used for stone mosaic, marble, granite, ceramic pattern inlay and metal fabrication. Equipped with AC 5-axis rotating cutting head, it realizes ±75° bevel and curved cutting in one pass to cut down manual polishing work and boost productivity.
Adopted two-stage cooling structure, no external cooling tower or chiller is needed, saving workshop space and power cost. The oil-immersed waterproof & sand-proof beam is well adapted to dusty stone processing environment and extends the service life of transmission parts. Fitted with Weihong bus CNC system, it supports direct CAD import for easy and stable operation. The non-powered abrasive hopper works with only compressed air, simple to maintain.
